Car Details

A very rare 2000 C5Corvette Convertible in Dark Bowling Green Metallic with 31,429 miles. Many believe the C5 was the best Corvette ever (Well up to the C8). The first Corvette to be build ground up, a total new design, from a white piece of paper. Nothing from any previous Corvette wascarried over. With it’s massive tires and LS1 motor with 345 Hp & 350inch pounds of torque it blow the doors off any previous Corvette even the infamous 427 Stingrays of the 1960s. And the last with pop up headlamps.

This one is Dark BowlingGreen Metallic, sometimes called Polo Green. It has very small gold metallic flakes which shifts the colors from(what I call) British Racing Green to a Black. You can see the shift in the photos. WOW what a combination and it was only used for the 00 & 01production years with only 777 and 476 DBGM Convertibles each year. A rare color, thus one of the rarest Corvettes Convertibles ever. It's a real head turner, people always (even non Corvette people) WOW what a beautiful car.

The first owner ordered itin the fall of 1999 with manual trans, 10 disk CD players and a Heads-Up dash display. The speed and other gauges are projected onto the dashboard. Z51 performance option. A feature offered inthe 2LT C8 Corvette's. The first owner only put 9,569miles on the car, and now it only has 31,429 tender miles. If it wasn’t a 2000 the warranty would stillbe in effect. See the CarFax for details. The driver seat is a memory seat, I think it was standard in the C5s but just incase it wasn't. Just added seat photos. And two of her undercover. It's how she spends the winter. The cover comes with the car. I don't used it in summer but It keeps the dost off during Jan & Feb.

True a once in a lifetime opportunity.
