1968 T-Top
Engine: 427, 95,288 Miles, Color: Rally Red with Red interior.
Beautiful 1968 Rally Red on red T-Top with the unusual combination of the 400 HP 427 triple duce Holley carbureted Tri-Power mated with the 400 Turbo Hydramatic automatic transmission. Matching number car that I've owned for 36 years. Always garaged, and well taken care of, this is a fine example of a 68 big block. Power brakes, power steering, AM/FM radio, 308 Positraction, and factory wheel covers as the build sheet reflects. Vacuum operated lights and wiper panel that actually work, and I did upgrade to leather seats. As you can see on the build sheet, all Tri-Power cars start out as a 390 HP 427 and get the 390 to 400 HP option added as they go down the line. The build sheets were glued to the top of the gas tank at the factory, and if they weren't found in time, they were lost. Many years ago I was able to recover this one just in time. Anyone looking for a numbers matching 1968 Tri-Power will be happy with this car.

It's 4-speed manual transmission is a throwback to the peak of the 1960s American muscle cars. 'The car was stripped; we did a lot of body work and then painted it. The body work and paint on that car alone at retail is 45-50k.' This car was featured on the History Channel special that profiled four of the best cars in the collection and this was one of them.

1974 T-Top
Engine: RPO # L-82 (350-4 Turbo Fire Special), 22500 Miles, Color: Code 968 (Metallic Dark Brown) with Code 416 (Custom Leather Medium Saddle) interior.
RPO # 1YZ37 - Original above average 1974 Corvette Stingray Coupe with very low documented miles (22500). Options included RPO # L-82 350 engine, RPO # M21 4-speed, RPO # C60 Factory Air Conditioning, RPO # FE7 Factory Gymkhana Suspension (only 1,905 were ordered with this suspension), RPO # U58 AM-FM stereo with amp. I'm the third owner, bought in 2006 and used for date nights and local car shows. I have the original purchasing doc's; handwritten and typed, build sheet, warranty doc's, owner's manual and dealer pamphlet. I also have the titles/registrations back to 1977. The Vette went thru an NCRS inspection, awarded 2nd flight, four tenths from 1st Flight. All glass is original and the windshield still has the "new car inspection sticker" attached. The spare tire is original. Since I've owned this Vette all fluids (coolant, engine (full synthetic), brake, trans, differential) have been changed, a 4-wheel alignment completed, a complete tune-up. The trans went thru a light rebuild, replacing the input bearing due to a ball bearing being noisy, replaced synchro's, gaskets, clutch, pressure plate and throw-out bearing with original equipment. The only body panel changed is the rear bumper from the two-piece urethane to a two-piece fiberglass. There's about a 5% repaint around the fuel tank cap area and rear bumper. The Vette is driven monthly and normal maintenance (oil and filter) completed yearly. AC was evac and recharged in June 2023 as I located a case of duPont freon 12 (8 cans will go with Vette). For general info: the 74 Vette is the only year for the two-piece rear bumper and for having urethane on the front and rear. There were only 6,690 L-82's ordered and it's the last year for true dual exhaust, no catalytic converters.

1978 T-Top
Engine: L82, 85,000 Miles, Color: Silver & Charcoal with Cream interior.
1978 Chevrolet Corvette Silver Anniversary Edition - L82, Manual 4 Speed, Numbers Matching Key Features: L82 Engine: 350 V8 220 hp Numbers Matching: Verified with original engine (V0614CMR 18S432711) and VIN (1Z8748S432711). Silver Anniversary Edition Interior: The interior is in good shape with some moderate wear, comfortable seating and classic dashboard layout. Includes protective dash cover and Carhart seat covers. Exterior: The paint is in very good condition overall, with minimal rock chips and blemishes, with the Silver Anniversary color scheme. This car has been garaged at all times. Mechanical: Regular maintenance has kept this Vette in top shape, with no major issues. Just keep the oil topped up and use only clear gas. Note: After-market exhaust system includes headers, true dual exhaust, and high-flow mufflers, which gives it the power originally intended for a C3 (pre-1975). OEM smog hardware has been removed. Additional Details: • Transmission: 4-speed manual • Recent total rebuild of original Rochester 4 barrel carburetor, and new fuel pump. • Tires and brakes in good condition. • Air conditioning is strong and cold. • Vacuum headlamps work fully, with recent replacement of actuators. • All dash instruments work fully. • T-Top fits tight, with no leaks. • Battery is new and is maintained on a trickle charger. • After-market radio looks like the original equipment, but provides Bluetooth. Documentation: Includes binder copies of full original GM service manuals and previous owner repair receipts. What is NOT working at this time: • E-brake (always park it in first gear). • Right side electric window regulator • Power radio antenna motor (but radio reception is still decent without it) • Rear glass defogger I have owned and cared for this car for 15 years. It is time for someone new to have that pleasure. I do not need to sell it, so low-ball offers are a wasted effort.
