1968 T-Top
Engine: 427, 95,288 Miles, Color: Rally Red with Red interior.
Beautiful 1968 Rally Red on red T-Top with the unusual combination of the 400 HP 427 triple duce Holley carbureted Tri-Power mated with the 400 Turbo Hydramatic automatic transmission. Matching number car that I've owned for 36 years. Always garaged, and well taken care of, this is a fine example of a 68 big block. Power brakes, power steering, AM/FM radio, 308 Positraction, and factory wheel covers as the build sheet reflects. Vacuum operated lights and wiper panel that actually work, and I did upgrade to leather seats. As you can see on the build sheet, all Tri-Power cars start out as a 390 HP 427 and get the 390 to 400 HP option added as they go down the line. The build sheets were glued to the top of the gas tank at the factory, and if they weren't found in time, they were lost. Many years ago I was able to recover this one just in time. Anyone looking for a numbers matching 1968 Tri-Power will be happy with this car.

Welcome to THE VETTE NET, the most experienced online Corvette broker service (founded in 1998). Whether you are buying or selling a Vette, we offer you our extensive knowledge and commitment to help make your transaction pleasant and professional. The Vette Net is a proud Lifetime Business Member of the National Corvette Museum. The 1969 model is, without a doubt, the most desirable Stingray, as it continued the era of the coveted "Bumper cars" (for some reason, the 1968s are not much sought after, likely because of the 327 engine?). Our offer today is a beautiful Convertible finished in a excellent condition Dark Red paint with new Saddle interior (carpet, seat covers, panels, etc) and new soft top. Engine is the standard 350/300 mated with the Automatic Transmission. Other options include tilt/tele steering column, Power Steering, Power Brakes... Last owner had it since 1993 and it now has 82K miles, likely actual. Engine was rebuilt with forged pistons and a mild camshaft and performs as it should, exhibiting the right power. It is matching numbers with the correct VIN and suffix "HZ" on the pad. The automatic transmission is also matching and is in good functioning order. Recently, the whole car was freshened up: vaccum, brakes, new RedLine tires, tune up, oil, etc. All gauges and instruments are working including clock. Vacuum operated wiper door was recently addressed and is fully operational. It is endowed with 69 BB or 70-72 LT1 hood adding a touch of class. There is really nothing needed. Ready for the weekend drive to the Car Show in the town square. We can assist with delivery nationwide and all over the world. Corvette trades are considered, also assistance with financing is provided. 1971 Convertible
Engine: 454, 73000 Miles, Color: White with Red interior.
Selling my 1971 Corvette convertible with LS5 454 CI, 365HP engine. Frame-off restoration. Runs and handles great. It is automatic with power brakes and power tilt/telescopic steering. Everything was either restored or replaced new. The chassis was sandblasted and powder coated, and all the fuel/brake lines/cables/clips were replaced with stainless steel. Everything was restored/replaced with better than original - too many to list. The engine was rebuilt by John's Cages; the rear end, springs, drive shafts and steering box were rebuilt by Fabulous Restorations (NCRS shop). Hundreds of pictures taken of restoration. Car was appraised by a retired NCRS judge and given excellent review. Good for another 50 + years. Selling because I have 2 vettes and don't get to drive them much. Someone else should enjoy this one. Will consider offering the other (1980) also if interested.
