Numbers matching 400hp 427ci engine, 4 speed manual transmission, posi rear-end. This beauty was assembled on June 15, 1967, and has just finished a frame-off restoration by an NCRS judge. This car wears lacquer paint, which has been done to standards which would far exceed factory spec. Chrome bumpers are in excellent condition with no flaws to speak of, and the convertible top is new and in excellent condition with a clear window. Auxiliary hardtop will come with the car as well. Weatherstripping is newer and in excellent condition; correct 1967 rally wheels are in excellent condition, and wear excellent condition trim rings and center caps. A set of reproduction Goodyear redline tires gets the power to the ground, and the sidepipes set off the exterior nicely. The interior of this 1967 Corvette 427 Convertible shows excellent condition seat covers, loop carpet, door panels, center console, dash, and gauges. Correct GM seatbelts are also in place. The engine compartment of this car is very well detailed and shows correct tri-power air cleaner, braided ignition wires, ignition shielding, and correct hoses and clamps. Correct voltage regulator, alternator, horn relay, water pump, bellhousing, exhaust manifolds, and intake manifold are also present. Carburetors show correct casting numbers, although the date codes correspond to 1975. Engine block shows casting date March 2, 1967, and assembly date March 31, 1967. Rear-end shows codes for a 3.55 posi, and a June 12, 1967 casting date. Frame is rust-free and clean enough to prepare food on! Most importantly, this car is documented with its ORIGINAL TANK STICKER, as well as a 1974 Indiana title, and a list of previous owners names and phone numbers.
