This is my 1966 Corvette coupe that I consider a real survivor. It is has never been wrecked or damaged. This is a numbers-matching 4-speed Corvette. 327ci 300hp. All of the shielding is original and still in place. It has power steering and power brakes with stainless steel calipers. Laguna blue exterior and dark blue interior (carpets, seats and door panels). Mileage showing is 69,427. Though the speedometer works, the odometer has stopped since I bought it. I fully believe that the actual mileage is still less than 100,000. I originally purchased the car in 1982 from another USAF navigator when I was stationed at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. He told me that he was the second owner and the car had been stored most of the time while he was stationed overseas. That would make me the third owner at the time of that purchase. Six years later, I sold it to the warden of a local prison in Kentucky in 1988. He bought it as an investment and stored it. We had a gentleman's agreement that if he ever wanted to sell it, he would give first crack at buying it back. He contacted me in 2003 with that offer. I agreed to buy it and was thrilled to get it back! He had it serviced and belts/hoses/fluids were replaced before I picked it up. Since I purchased it as now the fifth owner, I've taken it on a few short road trips to Chicago, St. Louis and Memphis. Boy, it still turned heads wherever I drove it. Absolutely no known mechanical issues. Totally road-ready. A good friend who is a Corvette knowledge source in the Dayton area helped me find the knock-off wheels a few years ago. The factory side-pipes were on it when I bought the car in 1982. The side-pipes and wheels are the icing on this already-beautiful cake! If you have any questions, I'll do my best to answer them as accurately as I can. If you need more pictures, I'll try to provide them but I can't swear to the quality as photography is not really my niche.

If you're looking for a great coupe that has not been altered, abused or damaged, this is your car! There were fewer than 10,000 coupes made in 1966. How many do you think are still out there that are in this nice condition?! A real beauty with almost 50 years of care.
